Conditions:

The customer agrees to have read all the details regarding prices and services included in the tour as they are described in the quote.

Responsibilities:

No refund will be given in case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions. If delayed, the customer must notify the tour guide as early as possible and the tour will be shortened accordingly.

Reservation:

A copy of the quotation, dated and signed, must be sent by email at least 15 days before the agreed tour date. It will then constitute a binding contract. The reservation will be confirmed by e-mail and must include the reservation number, tour dates and full fee.

Price and payment fee:

The customer agrees to pay the total amount fees at the end of the tour. The fees include my services as a guide and, should the need arise, as a driver. Please, note that the above fees do not include:

Any cost of travel: it is mentioned in the quote that the customer must return the form to validate the reservation.

Potential admission charges to museums, monuments and other admission fee payable sites will be paid directly by the customer on the site.

A lump sum of €15 will be added in the total amount when booking a full day to cover the guide’s meal costs.

Tour accommodation: each night must be reserved and paid for by the customer.

Customer cancellation:

There is a non-refundable charge of 50% for cancellations made 7-3 days before the tour date.

The full fee is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour.

Miscellaneous:

The guide reserves the right to change or alter the order of visits whenever necessary.

The number of customers cannot exceed 40 people.

If transport is organised by bus, sound equipment must be in good working order.
